I came across this today.  I think this is geat advice and this woman is wise.  We should all take a minute to write our own love letter.  Here is mine.

Dear Shann,

I love you.  You have so much to offer the world.  You are smart and funny, compassionate and wise.  You never turn down a friend in need or anyone in need for that matter.  You are fiercely loyal and stand up for what you believe in.  You are open minded and honest and fair, you give most people the benefit of the doubt and allow for second chances.  You are willing to listen and not judge.  You love deeply and openly.  You make a difference to someone in this world, someone you may not even know. You have a knack for humanity and are a great comfort to people.  You rarely feel the need to assert your authority and stand out in the crowd but people seem to be drawn to you and your magnetism anyhow.  Remember to take care of your physical body as well as your spiritual being, fill your cup when it is half empty.  You are not fat, you are not ugly and you ARE very bright.  You do need to work on your cynacism and how you let other's energy affect you, that can become toxic.  Try not to fall prey to negative energy and let it drag you with it.  Live with light in your life.  You are a good person.  Try not to be so hard on yourself so much.  You are worth it.  Don't ever forget that.
